Ingredients:
1 medium long cucumber about 300g
1 large lemon juiced
1/4 cup fresh coriander & mint leaves
pinch black salt
3-4 cups ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
Method:
Place everything in the jug of a blender.
Blend it properly.
Add a bit more water to loosen it up if necessary.
Pour into glass and serve immediately.
