INGREDIENTS:
1 Grated Apple
2 tbsp Rolled Oats
1 tbsp Chia seeds
200 ml skim milk
Half mashed banana (for sweetness)
Pinch cardamom powder
10 gms Mixed Nuts
METHOD:
Heat A pan. Add a cup of milk. Add a pinch of cardamom powder to it. Add 2 tbsp of rolled oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds to it. Cook it properly for 5-7 minutes until the mixture starts getting thicken. After that, off the flame & add grated apple & banana to it. Mix it well.
Now pour the pudding into bowl & garnish it with nuts & keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Serve it cold.
