HOME MADE PROTEIN POWDER

Ingredients:

100 gms roasted channa

100 gms soya granules

100 gms almonds

100 gms chasewnuts

30 gms sesame seeds

30 gms flax seeds

30 gms chia seeds

Jaggery (as per the taste)

Method:

 1. Dry roast the soya granules till it starts giving little aroma

2. Now take a mixer jar., add all the ingredients.

3. Grind it into fine powder.

4. Store it into air tight container.

Note : You can take 2 tbsp of powder everyday along with milk. It contains 8 gm /tbsp.
