Ingredients You’re going to need
- 10 almonds
- 8–10 cashews
- 1 tbsp melon seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 2 soft dates (pitted)
- 2 green cardamom pods
- 3–4 cups filtered water
Method to Make this Hormone Balance Milk
- Soak all ingredients for 6–8 hours or overnight.
- Rinse, then blend and add 3–4 cups fresh water until smooth.
- Strain and refrigerate in a glass bottle for up to 3 days. Shake well before serving.
