So, I am sharing this recipe of plant-based milk which contains all the ingredients that are going to help support your hormones. Whether you have PCOD (PMOS), Thyroid issues, or if you are on a weight loss journey, anyone (except for people with nut allergy) can have it!

Ingredients You’re going to need

  • 10 almonds
  • 8–10 cashews
  • 1 tbsp melon seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2 soft dates (pitted)
  • 2 green cardamom pods
  • 3–4 cups filtered water

Method to Make this Hormone Balance Milk

  1. Soak all ingredients for 6–8 hours or overnight.
  2. Rinse, then blend and add 3–4 cups fresh water until smooth.
  3. Strain and refrigerate in a glass bottle for up to 3 days. Shake well before serving.
