INGREDIENTS:
15 gm bajra flour
15 gm soya flour
15 gms besan flour
15 gm oats flour
1 tsp flax seeds powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp Pizza topping
1 Diced Onion
1 Diced Tomato
1 Diced Capsicum
15 gms Sweet Corn
50 gm cottage cheese
5 gms chopped garlic
A cube of mozarella cheese
METHOD:
Take a bowl , Mix all of the flours (as mentioned), flax seeds and oregano and pinch of salt to it. Knead into smooth & firm dough by adding luke warm water to it. And keep it aside.
Now Take a pan, add 1 gm oil to it and half tsp of jeera and garlic to it. Now Add the vegetables to it (onion, tomato, capsicum) and lightly sauttee it . Add pinch of salt, black pepper, chilli flakes to it. Now add Corns and Cottage cheese to it. And mix it well.
Now take rolling pin & rolling board , and place a rolling ball to it. Sprinkle some bajra flour to rolling board, and pat the rolling ball on it by using palms to flatten it in the shape of roti (the process we use to do make makki ki roti). Now, Heat non stick pan, put the roti onto it , you may also add little oil before placing roti to it. Now heat it from both sides.
Now place the roti on plate after it is being done. Put a thin layer of pizza topping to and add sauteed vegetables and panner mixture to it properly. And add some grated mozarella cheese to it.
Now again heat the pan. And gently put that into it and keep the flame very low and cover it with lid for 5 minutes till the mozarella cheese starts melting on it.
Now your Guilt free pizza is ready to satisfy your hunger and craving.
Serve it Hot.
